Prior to any major design or computer work the employer will sign off on a design concept.
By doing so the employer is committed to pay for the work on said concept.
If the employer changes their mind on the direction a project is going, ie, the wish to start over with a new design they will be charged for one extra of the most expensive style of page that they have agreed to purchase (Basic, Advanced, or Complex).
An upfront payment of $100 plus 10% is expected in order to commission an initial design concept.
These fees cover both the time it takes to design several initial designs to give the employer a variety, and the consultation of the employer to find out what will best suit their needs.
In the unlikely event that the employer decides to take their business elsewhere, the upfront fee will not be refunded.
Once a domain name has been purchased and/or web space and/or additional E-Mail Addresses have been purchased, any money put towards those by the employer will be considered non-refundable reguardless of whether the owner wishes to keep the domain name or web space.
